197 West Utica Townhomes Fly Through

We are excited to share our recent contributions to the new Townhomes at 197 West Utica in Buffalo, NY. Studio T3 did the architectural design, landscape design, structural design, and site design for the project. There are five new 3-story units with penthouse roof terraces and attached garages. This project helps meet a new housing demand in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village.

A look at the townhomes can be seen in this fly through video. More can be read about the project on developer Skyline Centro’s website.
