Brick by Brick Award 2013

Optima Design is the proud winner of a Buffalo Business First’s Brick by Brick Award for a second year in a row. This year we were awarded for Best Multi-Residential Project in 2013 for our structural engineering contributions to 14 North Street in Buffalo, New York. 14 North Street, located at the northwest corner of North and North Pearl Street and originally constructed in 1899, was recently redeveloped into residential apartments offering exciting new living spaces at affordable rates that are conveniently located near many cultural and entertainment destinations of downtown Buffalo.

The annual Brick by Brick Awards Program recognizes finalists in seven categories of Real Estate, Construction, and Development in the Buffalo Niagara region. The Brick by Brick Awards are offered to Western New York’s most successful architects, engineers, developers, and contractors located in the Buffalo Niagara region.
